When was ODTKM established?
Based on the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the "Coordinating Center for Organ Donation and Transplantation" was established under the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
According to the decision, in order to ensure the implementation of parts 4 and 5 of the Decree of the President of Azerbaijan dated December 8, 2020 on the implementation of the Law "On Donation and Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues" dated October 20, 2020, under the Ministry of Health, "Organ "Coordinating Center for Donation and Transplantation" was established as a public legal entity.
